for a natural beauty and lifestyle boutique.
Elle & Jane is an all-natural spa and lifestyle boutique in the Little Burgundy borough of Montreal. Its mission is to make clean beauty products, treatments, and lifestyle brands accessible options to all. Our mandate was to create the brand and eCommerce store to engage the customer at various touch-points.
The client had a specific direction for the look and feel of the brand’s aesthetic. Inspired by black and white line art and minimalist art posters, we set off to embody the essence of an exclusive natural beauty indie brand. The logo design, seal, and illustrations followed a monoline style in a clean black and gold color palette with an accent light blue available for texture.
As part of Elle & Jane’s retail experience, the boutique features inviting signage, branded shopping bags, and totes to increase brand awareness.
With over 270 products featured, we focused on ensuring a structured taxonomy to improve the usability of the eCommerce website by creating a clear hierarchy of categories and subcategories. Optimized product descriptions and visually appealing photography are key components to convert traffic into customers.
We continue to work with Elle & Jane, supporting their brand’s growth, marketing campaigns and eComm goals.
